Note: The carver works with the natural features of the stone whilst looking to maintain the correct profile of the carving. Minor imperfections can be expected with any sort of stone carving due to the nature of the material being carved. Tip has miniscule carving imperfection due to the nature of the stone, however in my opinion it does not take away from this amazing Vogel cut wand. Tip is NOT broken or chipped. It appears that all of the angles for carving the tip are not coming together as expected due to the nature of the stone.
If this is of a concern in any way, it is best not to purchase. 😊
